Open Gym

Open Gym on 1st and 3rd Saturday of the month from 11:00 - 12:00.  Only $10.00 at the door.  Open Gym can be used to make-up any missed classes at no additional cost. Must sign-up 2 days prior to attend. 

 
Co-Ed Stunt Class

Tuesday's at 7:30.  Learn co-ed stunting techniques with male collegiate cheerlders.  Only $15.00 at the door!

Tumbling Class Descriptions

X1 (55 minutes)

Ages 5 yrs and up
Beginner Tumbling - Focus on basic tumbling
skills - Handstands, cartwheels, and round-offs.
 
X2 (55 minutes)
Ages 5 yrs and up
Intermediate Tumbling - Focus on back
handsprings - Round-off rebound required.
 
XElite (55 minutes)
Ages 5 yrs and up
Advanced Tumbling - Focus on tucks, layouts,
and fulls - Back handspring required.
 
XTumble (1.5 hours)
Ages 5 yrs and up
Running Tumbling - Focus on running back
handsprings, tucks, layouts, and fulls.
 
XFulls (55 minutes)
Ages 5 yrs and up
Advanced Tumbling - Focus on full twisting
layouts, whips, and advanced combination
tumbling passes.
 
XBoys (55 minutes)
Ages 6 yrs and up
Boys Only Tumbling and Trampoline - Focus

High Flyers (55 minutes)
Ages 6 yrs and up
Girls Only - Gymnastics - Focus on floor, bars,
beam, and vault.
 
Junior Jumpers (55 minutes)
Ages 4 - 5 yrs
Co-ed - Gymnastics - Focus on floor, bars,
beam, and vault.
 
Little Leapers (55 minutes)
Ages 3 - 4 yrs
Co-ed - Gymnastics - Focus on floor, bars,
beam, and vault.
 
Tiny Tumblers (55 minutes)
Ages 2.5 - 3 yrs
Co-ed - Gymnastics - Focus on floor, bars,
beam, and vault.

   
MMA Class Descriptions
KickBoxing  - Ages vary per class
Focus on basic Muay Thai style punch, 
kick and footwork techniques.
Jiu Jitsu  - Ages vary per class
Focus on grappling position and basic submissions, kick and footwork techniques
