 Session V Class Schedule    

X – 1 (Beginning Tumbling) 55 minutes

Mondays:

4:00, 6:00 and 7:00 pm

Tuesdays:

4:00 pm

Wednesdays:

4:00 and 6:00 pm

 

 

This class focuses on building proper tumbling techniques.  The last 10 minutes of class will concentrate on strength and conditioning which plays a major role in skill progression.

The following skills will be taught

Forward and backward rolls

Handstands

Bridges

Back bends

Kick-overs

Front limbers

Cartwheels

Round offs

Learn concept of back handspring

 

X – 2 (Intermediate Tumbling - round-off re-bound is required) 55 minutes

Mondays:

4:00, 5:00, 6:00 and 7:00 pm

Tuesdays:

4:00 pm

Wednesdays:

4:00, 5:00, 6:00 and 7:00 pm

 

 

 

This class focuses mainly on perfecting the proper technique to perform the back handspring.
The last 10 minutes of class will concentrate on strength and conditioning which plays a major role in skill progression. 

The following skills will be taught

Handstand forward rolls

Handstand snap downs to the back 

Back extension rolls

Dive forward rolls

Front handspring

Round offs to the back

Round off back handspring

Back handsprings

Start to learn concept of multiple back handsprings

 

X – Elite (Advanced Tumbling - strong round-off back handspring re-bound is required) 55 minutes

Mondays:

   5:00 and 7:00 pm

Wednesdays:

5:00 and 7:00 pm

 

This class focuses on advanced tumbling techniques. The last 10 minutes of class will concentrate on strength and conditioning which plays a major role in skill progression

Standing tuck

Standing back handspring tuck

X- Boys Tumbling and Trampoline (Boys only class) 55 minutes
